This engaging series continues on Thursday, February 27, 2025, as Gilliard delivers a Black History Month Address at Atlanta City Hall at 5:30 p.m.. Final Celebration: Weeping Time African Unity Festival

And that’s not all! The festivities will wrap up with the Sixth Annual Weeping Time African Unity Festival on Sunday, March 2, 2025. Taking place at Water Works Plaza, located at 1204 W. Gwinnett St., the festival will commence at 5:00 p.m.. This vibrant celebration promises to be filled with cultural performances, enlightening discussions, and a chance to connect with friends and neighbors while honoring shared history.
