Starting on February 23, 2025, local State Representative Carl Gilliard will speak at Grace Deliverance Church, followed by an NAACP meeting at St. Paul CME Church. The festivities will continue with a Black History Month Address at Atlanta City Hall and conclude with the Weeping Time African Unity Festival.
