Most recently, in December 2022, he was hired by Morgan State University as the Senior Associate Athletics Director and Chief Revenue Officer.

Originally from New Orleans, Steward earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi, with a focus on coaching and sports administration/history and sports management. His educational background laid a solid foundation for a career dedicated to enhancing the world of collegiate athletics.
